Sound/Performance
Through larynxes, transformers and installations

The Beethovenfest opens up to interdisciplinary arts: music is as universal as it is particular. Here it closes with a word, there with an action, and then it reappears as ‘sound’. It willingly allows itself to be driven through larynxes, transformers and installations. Music oscillates between art and entertainment, transcendental mission and propaganda – a colourful entity. The Beethovenfest includes artists who tame this entity by their art, or allow it to flutter without inhibition.
