Tatiana Afanasyevskaya

The pianist Tatiana Afanasyevskaya was born in Moscow. She graduated from Moscow Conservatory in 1992. Her piano teacher was professor Tatiana Nikolayeva. From 1992 till 1994 Tatiana Afanasyevskaya was an assistant of professor Vazha Chachava. From 1994 till 1998 she worked as a coach at the Moscow New Opera Theatre. Many times Tatiana Afanasyevskaya has taken part at the Swjatoslaw Richter Festival in Tarussa/Russia. She also has played concerts in Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Kiev, Kopenhagen, Paris, Graz, Lubek and London. From 2008 till 2010 Tatiana Afanasyevskaya was working at the summer programme of the American Institute of Musical Studies (AIMS) in Graz/Austria. Currently she teaches at the Moscow Conservatory and works with singers and violinists as an accompanist.
